Abramad Cloud Platform

The Abramad Cloud Platform was designed as a response to the growing complexity of cloud services and the need for a more intuitive, human-centered experience. As part of System Group, one of the largest IT companies in Iran, the challenge was to translate powerful technical capabilities into a product that feels clear, accessible, and easy to use.

From the beginning, the focus was on understanding the user. Through a design thinking approach, the process started with identifying real user needs, pain points, and behaviors. Design sprints allowed for rapid exploration of ideas, early prototyping, and continuous validation, ensuring that each decision was grounded in real feedback rather than assumptions.

A key part of the project was simplifying complex workflows. The goal was not just to design interfaces, but to create a sense of clarity and control for users interacting with the platform. Every interaction was considered carefully, with attention to hierarchy, usability, and visual balance.

The platform was built on the Abramad Design System, which provided a consistent and scalable foundation across the product. This system ensured alignment between design and development while maintaining a refined and modern visual language.

Accessibility also played an important role in the experience. The first release of the platform included full Farsi language support, making the product more inclusive and better aligned with the needs of its primary users.

The result is a cloud platform that balances functionality with simplicity, delivering a user experience that is both efficient and thoughtfully designed.
