Hamfekr, Innovation and Creativity Team

For about three years, I led a super squad innovation team at System Group to increase creativity and agility within the organization. We developed a mindset and knowledge base focused on Enterprise Design Thinking from IBM, IDEO, and HPI, and the Design Sprint methodology, and implemented them at System Group. We worked closely with key departments such as Sales, IT, Product, and the Board of Directors.

Training and Impact

Our team trained senior managers across the organization to use Design Thinking and Design Sprints in their daily work to solve critical problems, design products and services, or refine existing products.

We successfully trained more than 130 senior managers and created six ambassadors within the company, one from each of the six departments, to continue promoting and utilizing these mindsets. Our efforts had a significant impact on our company as a whole, promoting a culture of innovation and creativity.

Workshops and Projects

In addition to training senior managers, we also ran more than ten enterprise workshops and worked on nearly five private projects for System Group Company. We applied our Design Thinking and Design Sprint model to solve complex problems and identify new opportunities for the company, which had a significant impact on our company culture and future insights.

Leadership and Responsibilities

As the team leader, I set the direction and vision for our work, collaborating closely with our CEO, Farid Fooladi. I also managed team members' tasks and ensured everyone worked together towards our shared goals. Our squad played an invaluable role in our success, contributing their extensive knowledge of Design Thinking and Design Sprint innovative mindsets.

Leading an innovation team at System Group was a transformative and rewarding experience. Our dedication to using Design Thinking and Design Sprint methodologies to train senior managers and work on successful projects promoted a culture of innovation and creativity within the organization, and has had a significant impact on the company's success.
