System Group Customer Service Portal

This project stands out as one of my most amazing experiences in 360 marketing project management. At the time, I was a senior visual designer at System Group, and my manager asked me to oversee and navigate the entire marketing project. System Group aimed to brand a new experience for its customers and encourage them to use the portal as an important support tool.

I started by identifying the problems of the previous version and defining clear goals and achievements for the new project. We then began designing a new Customer Service Portal. Additionally, we needed an effective marketing campaign, including an introduction video and both digital and physical catalogues. I collaborated with my manager to write a scenario, specified new features for the video, and chose a style. We then worked with a motion designer to create the video.
